Grace Kelley, daughter of Wynonna Judd
Grace Kelley, daughter of Wynonna Judd, was arrested in October of 2024. She faces charges such as felony grand larceny and driving without a license. Police responded to a stolen vehicle report on October 27, locating a stolen church van shortly after. Kelley was arrested and remains in custody at the Albemarle-Charlottesville jail.

Albemarle County Police Department officials stated, “On Sunday, October 27, 2024, at approximately 6:34 pm, the Albemarle County Police Department responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Rolling Road in Scottsville.”

Regarding the stolen van, pastor Kent Hart wrote, “Even though we have suffered that loss, we’re just really hoping the community helps us out.”

Hart added, “I’m not sure what we would get from Grace, as far as, you know, replacement, and we’re not really even going that way. We’re just forgiving her, and we’re trusting the Lord to provide for our needs.”

In August 2024, Kelley was arrested in Georgia for fleeing police, driving with a suspended license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment. She was released on bond. In April 2024, Kelley was charged in Alabama for indecent exposure and soliciting prostitution after allegedly exposing herself at a busy highway intersection.
